Hamoud HAMBLI

Our dear and regretted Hamoud HAMBLI who
get married and has one son and two daughters                                       
was born on 26 February 1960
in Al-akhdaria district of Bouira
Algeria

1. He passed the baccalaureate (Bachelor of Arts)
2. exam (letters and human sciences branch)in June 1979.
3. He got the degree of licence on law, on June 1983 at the university of Tizi ouzou.
4. He got post graduation degree (licence master degree) on Islamic charia and positive law 1987.
5. He taught at the university of Tizi ouzou from 1987 until his assassination in September 30th 1993.
6. His doctorate thesis was discussed after his death on  November 26th 1993.

1) Books:

1. Human rights in the charia (the Islamic legislation) and the positive law.
2. Equality of appointing when acquiring a public occupation in charia and positive law.

2) Articles:

1. Freedom of speech and opinion and its restrictions in Islam, Almuwafakat magazine, June 1993, published by the National Center of the Religion's rudiments, Algiers.
2. The prince's right in the Islamic charia, June 1995, published by the National Center of the Religion's rudiments.

Second: his involvement in the call to Allah (dawa).

1. He preached and gave advices in both districts of Tizi ouzou and
2. He organized scientific meetings in mosques of Tizi ouzou and Bouira.

Third: peace keeping missions.

1. He solved many conflicts peacefully.
